Your challenges do not get enough sign ups
You want to get more upsells into your 1 to 1 coaching
You're confused by the conflicting advice you get on how to promote
Nothing seems to work
You're not alone....
My first proper launch happened back in 2013, and it was an experience that changed everything for me.
I managed to make £28k in one weekend – almost as much as my lecturer salary at the time.
The launch was for a two-day conference featuring Alan Aragon, who had agreed to come to the UK.
Here’s the thing: I had no clue how to promote, sell tickets, or even host an event. I was completely out of my depth.
Up until that point, I’d spent all my time focusing on scientific research, training, and nutrition.
But after that launch, I became obsessed with something new – marketing, sales, and more specifically, launching.
There’s no rush quite like collecting £50k in one night or signing up 740 trainers over 18 months and generating £926k.
But I’ve also felt the crushing low of working on something for weeks, launching it, and watching it flop. I’ve been there too.
Over the past 13 years, I’ve launched everything from fitness challenges to conferences and programmes, constantly experimenting with new approaches.
Some have worked brilliantly, while others didn’t.
Every success – and failure – became a lesson.
Initially, I launched solely for my own business.
But in 2024, I decided to expand my expertise and work with a select few online trainers, helping them launch their own fitness challenges.
Through fine-tuning the process, building systems, and applying proven strategies, I’ve developed a step-by-step framework to help others achieve their best launch yet.
And this isn’t like launching a product, where people just buy and get something in return.
Fitness challenges are harder to sell. They require your audience to not only pay but to commit, sacrifice, and put in the effort to get the results they want.
It’s a unique challenge, but one that I’ve mastered over the years.
If you’ve ever felt like launching is overwhelming or wondered if it’s even possible to succeed without years of trial and error, I’m here to tell you it is.
Let me show you how to make your next launch your best yet.

I am good but I can't work miracles in 8 weeks. I need to have something already there to improve rather than start from scratch.
Quite simply, the more challenges you have run the better you chance.
The bigger your following, the better your chance.
Already got an engaged email list, the better your chance.
Been proving valuable content on social media and have a decent product and service, you guessed it the better your chance.
It is £1700 for the whole 10 weeks but you will also get lifetime access to the course and resources, that will be constantly updated.
There is a two payment option for £899.
There is also a Done For You Option that is priced based on your specific needs and timeframe. These may not be available due to other commitments.
It is a program, that consists of a course, live sessions, community, feedback reviews, templates, resources and a schedule to guide you.
It is what gets the best results. A course alone isn't enough.
A lot of fitness influencers will have a bigger following but are either shite coaches and sell an app.
Does having a bigger following and email list help, your'e damn right it does.
But if you are niche specific and you know how to promote a great challenge, you will still have your best launch.
Firstly, I hate being called a mentor. The fitness industry is rife with terrible ones.
I prefer the term launch coach for this program.
A mentorship will either give you a success coach (that has probably not been successful) and not the mentor themself.
Or you get access to a 1 to many course/tactic that has no context to you, your business or your niche.
You get me.
It is why this is a program that has different pathways to pick based on you and your approach will be different to someone else in the cohort.
